Reproducibility audit campaign closes
A multi-phase content audit of deeptime-research.org closed this week, pinning the public site to a canonical state document and resolving discrepancies between paper-side statistics and what the web pages displayed. The audit covered site-count framing (the 550K database-entries / 259K unique sites / 180K spatial-test subset three-tier convention), reference attribution, and one non-canonical citation that had drifted into the phase-transition simulator copy. The campaign is documented as the May 13 closeout in our internal record.

Knowledge Extinction Dashboard scaled to 5,319 languages
The Knowledge Extinction Dashboard expanded from 155 languages to 5,319 via Glottolog v5.3, using AES vulnerability classifications (vulnerable through extinct). The dashboard now exposes the full Glottolog endangerment register as an interactive triage view, with scope toggles between the 155-language flagship subset and the full corpus. The expansion was the work of the dashboard team; the underlying methodology and source registry are documented on the tool page.

Geological circumscription manuscript submitted to peer review
The geological-circumscription manuscript — quantifying tectonic–climatic circumscription at primary-state locations as a reproducible spatial-statistical test — was submitted to peer review after three specialist-venue scoping decisions. The preprint is on Zenodo at 10.5281/zenodo.19722359. The manuscript reframes the work as a methodological contribution, not a civilizational claim — consistent with DTRI's house style of test-forward, anomaly-agnostic framing.

Cross-domain paper portfolio published as preprints
The first wave of DTRI Zenodo preprint deposits went live in April, spanning the great-circle corridor analysis, the geological-circumscription methodological paper, the megalithic-stone-transport physics paper, the latitudinal-vs-radial Clovis test, and the emergent-precision paper. Each preprint is paired with an analysis-code deposit and (where applicable) a pre-registration record. The papers page lists current submission status.

Full paper portfolio published on this site
The current DTRI portfolio went up on the papers page with preprint DOIs, status indicators, and links to data deposits where available. The portfolio includes papers across archaeology, statistics, cognitive science, and cultural evolution — all sole-authored, all open access, all paired with Zenodo data deposits.

Deep Time Research Institute web presence goes live
The Institute's website at deeptime-research.org launched. The site exposes DTRI's research programs, paper portfolio, interactive tools (observability gradient, prospective prediction pipeline, convergence tester, knowledge extinction dashboard, cultural-transmission simulator), and direct contact for collaboration and adversarial re-analysis. All research outputs are open access.
